Warm up challenge 3: Set yourself an exercise goal

Well I've left this a bit late as I don't have a week, but it can be done! I can ride, walk, run, swim or anything I so desire, as long as I do 30kms!!

Thurs 03/05: Bike 10kms
Fri 04/05:
Sat 05/05:
Sun 06/05: Fun run - 10kms
