I have signed up to Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation (eeek!). I am writing a blog to capture the ups and downs, trials and tribulations. To say I'm nervous is an understatement. That is why I need this blog to keep me accountable. I am ready to change my life with Michelle's help!

Warm up challenge 3: Set yourself an exercise goal
Well I've left this a bit late as I don't have a week, but it can be done! I can ride, walk, run, swim or anything I so desire, as long as I do 30kms!!
Thurs 03/05: Bike 10kms Fri 04/05: Sat 05/05: Sun 06/05: Fun run - 10kms
